At Attractivespecia, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for our sportswear styling services.

Service Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your styling consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Rescheduling requests made with less notice are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Refund Requests

If you are not satisfied with your styling consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up session.

Package Refunds

For multi-session packages, refunds are calculated based on the number of unused sessions at the individual session rate. Partially used packages may be eligible for a prorated refund minus any applicable discounts received.

Third-Party Purchases

Please note that Attractivespecia does not sell sportswear directly. Any products purchased based on our recommendations are subject to the return policies of the respective retailers. We are not responsible for returns or refunds on items purchased from third-party stores.

Exceptions
